Everyone deserves quality health care, regardless of their ability to pay.

Every year, Hope Health provides medical, dental, and behavioral health care to more than 9,000 patients in and around Ellis County. More than half are uninsured or underinsured. No one is turned away because they can’t afford care.

Who we serve

Our patients are your neighbors: working families without employer insurance, seniors on fixed incomes, children who need checkups and cavities filled, and adults managing chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure. For many of them, Hope Health is the only place they can get care close to home.

Why your support matters

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, Hope Health receives federal funding that helps keep our doors open, but it doesn’t cover everything. Many of our patients pay on a sliding scale based on income, and the true cost of their care often goes beyond what grants and insurance reimburse.

Your gift will help fill the gaps: the prescription a patient can’t afford, the ride to an appointment, the dental care a child has gone without. Every gift, no matter the size, makes it easier for someone in our community to get the care they need.

What your gift can do

• $25 can provide a month of essential medication for an uninsured patient

• $50 can give a patient a round-trip ride to an appointment

• $100 can cover a dental exam, cleaning and treatment for a child

• $250 can provide a year of diabetes testing supplies

• $500 can fund multiple counseling sessions for someone in crisis

Monthly gifts give us steady, reliable support so we can plan ahead and be there for patients year-round. Even $10 a month makes a lasting difference.
